Job Responsibilities 崗位職責
1.Create appropriate quality planning and define quality goals.

2.Organize FMEA and ensure the inputs.
組織失效模式與影響分析（FMEA）並確保輸入信息完整。
3.Elicit the quality requirements and execute effectively.
獲取質量需求並有效執行。
Lead quality related problem solving and root cause during project.
4.在項目過程中主導與質量相關的問題解決及根本原因分析。
Estimate and control the product quality risk during the project development phase.
在項目開發階段評估並控製產品質量風險。
5.Initiate corrective actions for product and process non-conformities from Milestone evaluation and escalate the critical topics.
針對裏程碑評估中發現的產品和過程不符合項，啟動糾正措施
，並上報關鍵問題。
