職位描述：
- 前麵半年時間需要base在上海
，後麵再回到武漢；
In the first half year, we need to base in Shanghai, and then return to Wuhan；
-負責本公司新產品開發項目管理工作的整體推進和項目總體進度的跟蹤。
Push and Follow up project planning.
- 負責推薦成立產品開發項目小組；
Set up project team of cross functions.
- 負責召集製定和更新“產品開發進度計劃”

；
Lead team to build and update project planning.
- 負責對項目小組成員與項目相關的工作的安排
，組織和召開項目小組會議，做出必要的仲裁
；
Arrange project team meeting with team members， distribute project tasks to team members， if need， to make judgment for team.
- 負責起草階段評審資料；負責組織項目組成員對項目各階段工作進行評審
；
Prepare APDS TG audit， and arrange team members to review Phase performance for every APDS phases.
- 領導項目小組完成質量、成本、費用以及期限目標

，並按階段進行項目跟蹤和項目管理；擬定、優化、調整計劃並確定資源上的需求
；
Lead team to set up project target
， including Quality， Cost
， timing planning and resource requirement.
- 在項目中作為客戶代表，了解客戶的需求信息，負責獲取客戶對項目的要求並向項目小組提出相應的要求；
In project， work as Customer representative
， get and forward Customer information.
- 負責開發過程中產品成本和項目費用控製
；
Control project and product cost.
- 其他部門經理布置的任務.
Other tasks as directed by Department Manager.
職位要求:
- 熟練掌握
、運用APQP管理項目開發
；
Good skill to develop new project at APQP basis;
- 能熟練運用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等質量管理工具；
Good at tools of quality management such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA;
- 英語說寫流利（可作為工作語言）；熟練使用MSOFFICE，AutoCAD。
Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE, AutoCAD1）.
