工作職責




* Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實現銷售指 標;
* Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales
plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets
are met 建立並通過各項活動和拜訪來執行銷售計劃;
* Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控製預算;
* Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer
needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing
and new customers 在拜訪消費者時對藥店人員進行產品培訓;
* Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building
positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
與客戶保持良好的關係;
* Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor
activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can
respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及時反饋市場信息給各類部門來調整各項策略;
* Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能夠獨立
的進行客戶溝通及店員教育



任職要求




* Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems 良好的領導能力

* Being integrity and positive 為人正直，積極向上。
* Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry
在OTC行業或者跨國零售業的快消行業的相關工作經驗 o Retail Rep (junior): No working experience
required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred.
無需工作經曆

，醫療教育背景優先。 o Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100
drugstore mgmt. 至少一年
，***管理過100家藥店。 o Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails
sales function 至少三年零 售銷售經驗 o Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in
retails sales function 至少四年零售銷售經驗
