• Guarantees a constant support to the referring Plant Manager in the management of the economic-financial aspects of the Plant ordinary activity;
• Guarantees the analysis of sheet data supporting the Plant through the deviation analysis of costs and revenues;
• Ensures the elaboration of Operations management index and prepares the Plant industrial report;
• Guarantees the elaboration of production costs;
• Ensures the support to the Plant Manager for investments, project/product plans, make or buy choices;
• Guarantees the warehouse development, slow moving analysis implementation and verifies the application of correct inventory procedures;
• Ensures the implementation of a monitoring and reporting system coherently with methodologies, procedures and guidelines fixed by the Country Controller
• Organize to prepare forecast and budget to fulfill budget process and guideline
• Monthly business result analysis and action plan tracking
• BOM , Routine and Hourly rate calculation and tracking

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above with finance related background.
• 8 years finance experience within similar area (also in industrial accounting area), of Manufacturing companies, primarily part of Automotive Business.
• Rich experience in budget Preparation Techniques and Financial/Economic Planning Techniques.
• Good at cost control and product transformation costs development.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
