Responsibilities：
1.作為工廠內APQP牽頭人協助項目經理管理生產質量
，進度和交付
Works as APQP leader in plant to assist Project Manager manage the production quality, schedule and delivery. 、
2.製定出特殊設備及相應工裝夾具的技術任務書
Work out the specification of special machine and jigs etc.
3.跟蹤特殊設備及相關工裝夾具的製造及時間節點
Follow up the manufacturing and schedule of special machine and related jigs etc.
4.分析和解決在製造端和客戶端的產品缺陷
Analyze and solve the defect of product in domain of manufacturing and customer.
5.對生成進行改進和優化以增強勞動生產率
Carry out the improvement and optimization on assembly process to enhance productivity.
6.參與生成成本優化
，縮短節拍和減少裝配缺陷。
Participation in the production cost optimization via shorten the assembly cycle time and eliminate assembly defects.
7.製訂詢價項目的工藝方案報價
Work out the process quotation for RFQ
8.對特殊設備及相關夾具，在供應商處進行預驗收和場內終驗收
Hold pre-acceptance in supplier and final acceptance in plant for special machine and related jigs
9.跟蹤工廠內的試生產，確認特殊設備及相關工裝夾具的適用性
Follow up the pre-production in plant, confirm the availability of special machine and related jigs
10.製訂特殊設備及相關工裝夾具的操作指導書, 自主保全基準書，點檢表
Work out the instruction of operation, self preservation reference book, spot inspection sheet for special machine and related jigs
Requirements:
1.精通裝配工藝，如塑料或者金屬焊接，零件裝配和相關測試
Proficient in the assembly process, such as plastic or metallic welding, components assembly and relevant test
2.熟悉機械和電氣設計
Familiar with mechanical and electric design
3.能使用Auto-CAD和主要PLC程序軟件
Can use Auto-CAD and main PLC programming software
4.了解項目管理
Knowledge of the project management
